STAND UP TRAGEDY

STAND UP TRAGEDY, a solo show that comes to challenge latent questions in art history.
Can a trans body take on the dramaturgical transformation of classics? Does the dissident body have to assert itself to be accepted in contemporaneity? Can marginal art occupy central spaces?
As a trans artist, I propose here the reinterpretation of the past (through humor) and from the study of the female characters of three classics of the history of theater in texts by Shakespeare and Chekhov.
